Pappadeaux offers several menus for cocktail and traditional banquet events. Our menu plans include preset menus with per-guest prices. For those Guests who prefer non-seafood items, we will gladly substitute grilled chicken breast. Buffet options may be available per location. The French Quarter Room

Grand French doors allow you to make a big entrance in the French Quarter room. The room has large windows that look out onto the spectacular Rocky Mountains, creating a beautiful view and a fabulous setting for your special event. In addition, the room has a drop down screen available for presentations.

The Mardi Gras Room

Capacity: 80

The Mardi Gras is our largest room and features rich carpeting, wood blinds and beautiful jazz themed paintings. The large windows make the room bright and welcoming. This room is ideal for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, company parties or any other special occasion anticipating larger groups. The room includes a large screen TV and drop down screens on either end that make it ideal for presentations. The Mardi Gras can also be divided into three smaller rooms for breakout sessions or more intimate parties of 10 to 15 people.

Table Arrangements
Tables in our private dining rooms may be arranged in a variety of ways to accommodate your event. Our Event Coordinator can help you decide on the most attractive and effective arrangement for the nature and size of your occasion.

Decorations
Decorations including floral arrangements, greenery and balloons may be arranged for an additional fee. Candle centerpieces are available at no additional charge.

Extra Services
Live music on Friday and Saturday evenings during the summer months only.

Guarantee
Menu confirmation and final Guest headcount are due 2-3 business days prior to the scheduled event.

Gratuity
A 20% gratuity and applicable state and local taxes will be added to all food and beverage charges.

Deposits
No deposit required.

Payment
We accept cash payments, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. No separate checks, please. For your convenience, corporate accounts may also be arranged. Tax and gratuity will be added to all parties.
